About Kat:
I have worked in the mental health sector for 6 years helping them find the coping skills for them and work on appropriate goals to get them back on their feet. I have experienced many types of grief myself and understand that it is hard to navigate life after the initial grief. I feel that spirituality can be incorporated into the coaching practice because it is a part a person and their way of thinking. I will be able to incorporate many types of coaching theory and spiritual needs of the client.
